Enrique Iglesias, de son nom complet Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler, est un auteur-compositeur-interprète de pop espagnol, né le 8 mai 1975 à Madrid, en Espagne. Il débute sa carrière au Mexique sous un label indépendant, et est ensuite devenu un des artistes les plus célèbres d'Amérique latine. À la fin des années 1990, il quitte sa maison de disques pour signer avec Universal Music un contrat. Celui-ci comprend l'enregistrement de plusieurs albums à destination d'un public anglophone, via le label Interscope, et d'albums en espagnol à destination du marché hispanophone, via Universal Music Latino.

Enrique Iglesias, à ce jour, a vendu plus de 60 millions d'albums à travers le monde, classé deux titres n^o 1 au Billboard Hot 100, mais, surtout, détient le record de huit titres placés n^o 1 au classement singles en langue espagnole, le Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks. Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler (English /ɛnˈriːkeɪ ɪˈɡlɛsiəs/; Spanish pronunciation: [enˈrike iˈɣlesjas]; born May 8, 1975), simply known as Enrique Iglesias is a Spanish singer, songwriter, actor, and record producer. Iglesias started his career in the mid-1990s on an American Spanish Language record label Fonovisa which helped turn him into one of the biggest stars in Latin America and the Hispanic Market in the United States becoming the biggest seller of Spanish-language albums of that decade. By the turn of the millennium, he had made a successful crossover into the mainstream market and signed a multi-album deal with Universal Music Group for US $68,000,000 with Universal Music Latino to release his Spanish albums and Interscope to release English albums. In 2010, he parted with Interscope and signed with another Universal Music Group label Republic Records to release bilingual albums.

Iglesias has sold over 137 million records world wide, making him one of the best selling Latin artists ever Iglesias has had five Billboard Hot 100 top five singles, including two number-ones, and holds the record for producing 26 number-one Spanish-language singles on the Billboard‍ '​s Hot Latin Tracks as well as the record for the longest running number one on that chart. He has also had 14 number-one songs on Billboard's Dance charts, more than any other male artist Altogether, Iglesias has amassed more than 70 number-one rankings on the various Billboard charts^. Billboard has called him The King of Latin Pop and "The King of Dance". He is also the best selling Latin artist in the UK and the best selling international artist in India.
